Boston Bruins 2010-2011

A highlight reel I made of the Boston Bruins using last year’s clips. Includes all 2010-2011 Boston Bruins regular season highlights plus the Eastern Conference Quarter-Final series against the Montreal Canadiens which the Bruins won in seven games and the Eastern Conference Semi-Final series against the Philadelphia Flyers which the Bruins swept the Flyers out of the playoffs a year after their devastating collapse the year before. Also included is the Eastern Conference Final series against the Tampa Bay Lightning in which the Bruins took in seven games. And finally, the Stanley Cup Final series versus the Vancouver Canucks. The Bruins won the series in seven games to win their first Stanley Cup since 1972. Tim Thomas won the Conn Smythe after an outstanding postseason between the pipes. The Bruins finished the regular season 46-25-5-6 with 103 points and won the Northeast Division. The 2010-2011 Boston Bruins season truly capped off Boston’s reign of champions, and as for the Bruins, lets hope the next championship doesn’t have to wait 39 years to return to Boston. The Ironing Is Delicious

A malapropism is an act of misusing or the habitual misuse of similar sounding words, especially with humorous results. An example is Yogi Berra’s statement: “Texas has a lot of electrical votes,” rather than “electoral votes”. “The Ironing Is Delicious” is from The Simpsons.
